Vintage Design
The stackable model ‘ Montreal ‘ char was designed by the German Architect Frei Otto in 1967 for his design of German Pavilion at the Montreal World’s Fair ( Expo ) in Canada. In 1972 Frei Otto also designed the famous Olympic stadium in Munich. These chairs are versions from the early production, manufactured by Karl Fröscher Sitzmöbel, in Steinbach, Murr, Germany. The pieces feature great wooden details and high-quality saddle leather.
