Victorian Burr Walnut occasional chair with truly exquisite Royal Coat of Arms Armorial crest embroidered seat and back rests This chair is a work of art, I can’t believe the embroidery hasn’t been stripped and framed, it is genuinely around 160 years old and considering the age, in very fine order, this chair should be considered a piece of art The frame is all burr walnut, the seat rails have an exquisite patina, the arms are nicely sculpted, all in all it is a genuinely good thing, it is medium sized so not so small as a nursing chair but not so large as a full sized gentleman’s reading armchair, it is a nice decorative occasional chair We have cleaned waxed and polished the timber, the embroidery has just started to go in a couple of places, I wouldn’t recommend using this as an every day piece Dimensions Height:- 93.5cm Width:- 51.5cm Depth:- 44cm Seat height:- 63.5cm
