Fresh from a great Rye New York estate, we have a pleasure to offer you this superb Rare Antique Carved & Laminated Mahogany Belter Chair. It is 19th century made, fine carvings and curves, featuring solid panel laminated back. Great rare chair, standing on four Victorian style carved legs, ending in castor wheels. Carved rich mahogany and green upholstery. Chair is in good condition, showing light age / use wear (please see photos). Size of this gem is 18.5″ widest point, it is 23″ deep front to back, the overall height is 35.75″, and the seats are 15.5″ in height. This designer delight will be a great collection addition, and will mesh with any Mid-Century Modern and traditional setting!
