Arthur Stansfield Dixon (1856-1929) was a founder of the Birmingham Guild of Handicraft’s. He was friends with William Morris, Charles Ashby, and Phillip Webb. Dixon trained as an architect but was also an accomplished silversmith, copper worker and designer.
