Vintage Design
These “duvet” sessions are an exceptional model of the trio of Milanese architects, known throughout the world for their ingenious extensions. The shape and size are the most appealing elements, but thanks to the architectural know-how of the designers, even the construction of the chairs does not disappoint. The sessions are molded in foam and covered in soft synthetic cognac folded. Foam and leather materials guarantee extreme session comfort. Unlike the iconic “Joe Sofa” of the trio (in the form of a baseball glove), the “Duvet” avoids that it seems kitsch despite the size and the exaggerated design. De Pas, Urbino and Lomazzi were part of the “Radical Design” movement, which dominated the Italian avant-garde design and architecture between the late 1960s and the beginning of the 1970s. This impressive club chair design was created at this time, which led to the lasting success of the designers. De Pas, Urbino and Lomazzi have designed these pieces in Cognac leather for the Italian producer from the goose in the 1970s. Condition: The object has small signs of use.
